`checktrunklocks [plate]`

Shows lock state for a plate. Without a plate, shows the total active locks.

Examples:

/checktrunklocks
/checktrunklocks ABC123

Forces lock state for a plate.

Examples:

/fixtrunklock ABC123 add
/fixtrunklock ABC123 remove
/fixtrunklock ABC123 reset
